House at Hanging Rock

This weekend Richie and I got away to discover Kyneton a small miners town located approximately 90km out of Melbourne (population currently 7 thousand, population in the gold rush 135 thousand), to enjoy a  couple of days out of the hustle and bustle of the city, to enhale  the fresh winters-air, endulge in the towns rich sweets, feast on the amazing food & wine & then recover in front of our open wood fire by night… bliss..

On our way home we stopped off at a close friends house for a long lazy sunday lunch….we loved our time there so much we had to force ourselves to leave after  sunset!

Imagine lazing in a sunbed, in your living room, on a sunday afternoon  OR in your bathtub at night time, to the view of hanging rock as a backdrop … Sounds special…well it was

The house was filled with tasteful styling, and I was so in love with the eclectic decorative items, serving ware, and collectables! I couldn’t help myself…when lunch was served that was the last straw…out came my camera!
