MONDAY MEAL: RAW CARROT BALLS

This weekend I decided to make a batch of healthy raw balls. Base ingredient : Carrot!

These balls are full of healthy nutritional ingredients..packed with goodness, not to mention taste divine! Could you ask for anything more?

INGREDIENTS:

5 X carrots – peeled and finely grated

1 Cup of prunes

1 X banana

1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp ginger grated

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2  Kiwi Fruit

1/4 Cup Tahini/almond spread

1/2 Cup Chocolate whey protein powder

METHOD:

This one is too easy!

– Mix all the Ingredients together in one bowl.

– Let the mixture set in the fridge for about 2 hrs

– roll the mixture into small balls place into the fridge and eat as desired!
